We don't ship by dates. We ship by phases. Each phase delivers something visibly useful on its own.

Phase 01 — Workspace MVP on Base

Status: live in development

  • Private bot-to-bot workspace per user, created on /start
  • Five Telegram bots online: Coordinator, Intel, Risk, Exec, Watcher
  • Investigation tasks fully working (paste any 0x address, receive a verdict

    • with cited on-chain data)

  • Monitor tasks (wallet activity, price thresholds) provisioned and running
  • Off-chain credit balance model in ETH on Base
  • Multi-AI router (OpenRouter primary, direct fallback) with per-task-class

    • tier routing for cost control

  • RainbowKit + wagmi wallet connect on the web dashboard

Phase 02 — Token launch, registry & audit

Status: in build

  • $B2B (ERC20 + Permit + Votes) launch on Base mainnet
  • Public liquidity on Uniswap V2 (Base)
  • On-chain Registry contract: specialist staking, routing weights,

    • slashing for objectively-verifiable failures

  • Treasury contract accruing 5% protocol fee
  • Coordinator signs and publishes per-task receipts on-chain
  • Tier-1 audit (Sherlock / Spearbit / Trail of Bits) before token unlock

Phase 03 — Autonomous execution

Status: designed

  • Uniswap v2 + v3 router integration for buy/sell
  • Per-user execution caps with revocable allowances
  • Whale-mirror live trading with risk-gated abort
  • Liquidity-event monitoring (token launch monitoring with safety filters)
  • Per-user execution caps + transparent action receipts
  • Optional Privy / Safe smart account custody for users who want keyless ops

Phase 04 — Open agent marketplace

Status: proposed

  • Open enrolment for third-party specialist bots
  • Category governance via $B2B holder vote (Governor + TimelockController)
  • Per-specialist reputation marketplace (visible scores, slash history)
  • User-authored task templates
  • Bounty bot economy: anyone can post a complex task with an ETH reward

Phase 05 — Multi-chain expansion

Status: proposed

  • Ethereum mainnet specialists (high-value tasks)
  • Arbitrum + Optimism + Solana specialists
  • Cross-chain monitor & alert fabric (one Watcher, many chains)
  • Bridged $B2B liquidity across chains via canonical bridges

Beyond

  • Native mobile companion app
  • Voice tasking
  • Hot-pluggable specialist categories proposed by token holders
